Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Deposits

To confirm a holiday party reservation, a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total quoted amount is required and will be processed securely.

Payment of the deposit secures the selected date and time for the event.

2. Full Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three days before the reserved event date.

If full payment is not received within the established timeframe, the reservation may be canceled without the right to a refund of the deposit or any partial payments made.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, the deposit and any partial or full payments made will not be refunded.

4. Menus and Beverages

The customer must select one menu option for all guests. Each guest may personalize their experience by choosing from the different appetizers, main courses, and desserts included in the selected menu.

Open bar and mixology options may vary by guest based on the selections made during the quotation process. Open bar service begins at the scheduled reservation time.

5. Prices and Commercial Terms

All prices are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include the items specified in the quotation.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except when a quotation has already been generated and confirmed through payment of the deposit.

A 15% service charge based on the total amount must be paid before the event, as specified in the quotation.

6. Promotions and Dining Certificates

Holiday party promotions are valid only for reservations made through October 31, 2026, subject to availability and compliance with the terms and conditions applicable to each promotion.

As part of these promotions, qualifying reservations may receive up to 10% of the total value of the holiday party in dining certificates.

The benefit will be provided in the form of digital dining certificates, which must be printed and presented at the restaurant when redeemed.

Certificates may only be redeemed at the same restaurant where the holiday party was held.

Certificates will be valid for use beginning the day after the event and may not be applied toward any food or beverage consumed during the holiday party itself.

Their use is also subject to the terms, restrictions, and blackout dates established by Grupo Anderson’s for dining certificates, available at grupoandersons.com/tyc-vales.

Certificates may not be redeemed on any of the restricted dates specified in those terms and conditions.

7. Other Terms

Grupo Anderson’s reserves the right of admission and the right to modify service conditions in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the company’s control.

Any situation not covered by these terms and conditions will be handled directly by the Grupo Anderson’s team in order to provide the customer with a solution in accordance with the applicable terms.
